Snowboarding For A Runner

Swimming: Training double



.. two lines just to celebrate my first double training in swimming, although now my vitality is similar to Bobby above.

Lunch simple: 20x25 x 3 reps with no pull. 30 minutes total 1500 meters

Evening: Innovatel's table. Vague memories. However swam well. 2500 in about a Oretta.

I take home my 4000 meter swim and go to bed satisfied, even if a little destroyed. The only flaw, when swimming so I reddens the skin on the back just below the armpit and burns like crazy ... remedies?
